The latest episode of “Inside Tennis with The Koz” will air on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. on SNN TV in Florida, highlighting the USTA Florida meeting and USPTA Florida Awards Ceremony at the PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens.
Interviews include USPTA/USTA Service award winner Marcelo Gouts, 2019 USPTA Florida Hall of Fame inductee Trish Faulkner, Jose Patrello the USPTA Industry Excellence award winner, Jim Morton the USPTA Florida Pro of the Year, Greg Heartt the USPTA Florida U30 Pro of the Year, Brenda Mertz the USPTA Florida Lessons for Life winner, and Ryan Smith the USA Special Olympics No. 1-ranked men’s singles player honored for his USPTA certification along with Jason Gilbert, USPTA Florida president.
The 30-minute show also features highlights and interviews from the 2019 Freedom Cup sponsored by USTA Florida at Lakewood National at Lakewood Ranch.
Also on the episode is a visit to the Tennis RX Team training location presenting interviews with directors Lance Luciani and Heath Turpin, coach Emily Mowery, and academy players Ava Krug, Jake Krug, Connor Krug, Micah Braswell, Johan Braswell, Russell Berdusco, and Alex Bucuresco.
The tennis tip will be provided by Nate Griffin, Lakewood National director of racquet sports.
