Tennis Fundraiser Featuring ATP Pros, Madisen’s Match, in March at Ft. Myers

The 11th annual Madisen’s Match exhibition and fundrasier on March 16-18, 2019, will see current and former ATP stars battle at the Golisano Children’s Hospital Pro Tennis Classic at the Suncoast Credit Arena at Florida Southwestern State College in Ft. Myers, Fla.

Participants will include Taylor Fritz, Sam Querrey, Bob and Mike Bryan and Robby Ginepri, among other players raising money to help adults and children being treated for cancer.

Funds raised from Madisen’s Match have exclusively gone to support Barbara’s Friends, The Golisano Children’s Hospital Cancer Center Fund; and The Brain Tumor Navigator Program at the Lee Health Regional Cancer Center.

“Entering our 11th year, a dedicated group of volunteers and supporters have grown our Madisen’s Match event into the largest-attended and only indoor pro tennis event in Southwest Florida,” says organizer Mark Macler. “We moved into a beautiful new $30 million arena last year and had over 2,000 people in the house. The upcoming March event will also include Tom Gullikson, former French Open finalist Mikael Pernfors and others. Most importantly, last year we raised $150,000 for charity and, since its founding, almost $1 million for pediatric cancer support equipment and programs.”
