Registration Open for May Junior Team Tennis Challenge in Orlando Area
USTA Junior Team Tennis players from across Florida will converge on Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs on May 19-20 for the 2018 USTA Florida Spring Team Tennis Challenge.
Any team that has played at least two matches in a USTA Florida Junior Team Tennis local league in 2018 is eligible to participate. Divisions of play are 10-under Orange Ball, and both Green and Yellow Ball for 10-under, 12-under, 14-under and 18-under in novice, intermediate and advanced divisions.
“USTA Florida Junior Team Challenges are great opportunities to allow other Junior Team Tennis local leagues to come together after their season and enjoy playing juniors from other parts of the state,” said USTA Florida Junior Team Tennis Coordinator Liz Coates. “It’s a fun and competitive environment that all players enjoy.”
All 12-under, 14-under and 18-under intermediate and advanced teams must have a minimum of two girls and two boys. All Green and Orange Ball divisions will be gender neutral. Players must be age 7-18.
Event registration closes on May 7. USTA membership is not required to participate.
