Preview: USTA Florida Combo 18 & Over 6.5/8.5 Tennis Sectionals This Weekend

The 2015-season ending USTA Florida Combo League championships will finish-up this weekend when the USTA Florida Combo 18 & Over 6.5/8.5 League Sectional Championships are held on Jan. 22-24, 2016 at the Florida Tennis Center in Daytona Beach.

Defending champions from last year’s Combo 18 & Over 6.5/8.5 Sectionals returning to the Florida Tennis Center are Leon County in the Men’s 6.5 division, two-time defending champ Marion County in the Women’s 6.5, Broward County in the Men’s 8.5, and three-time defending champ South Miami-Dade County in the Women’s 8.5 division.

For Combo 18 & Over 6.5/8.5 division play, the combined NTRP (National Tennis Rating Program) ratings of each doubles team may not exceed the level/division in which they are competing, and the NTRP rating difference between members of an individual doubles pair may not exceed 0.5.
