Free Adaptive Tennis Clinic in Tampa

Tampa Tennis at Hillsborough Community College will host a free First Volley Adaptive Tennis Clinic on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. in Tampa, Fla.

“The clinic will offer both ambulatory (standing) and wheelchair tennis instruction to anyone with a physical or mobility challenge,” says organizer Travis Leigh. “We believe that tennis is a lifetime sport with so much to offer everyone of all ages, gender, and skill level. We also believe that tennis and its benefits can — and should be — accessible to all.”

The instructor will be Marie Vanasse, CPO, and the event is sponsored by the International Institute of Orthotics & Prosthetics.

Tampa Tennis at HCC is located at 3901 Tampa Bay Blvd. in Tampa.
