First 2025 Adult League Sectional Championships in the Books with Adult 65 & Over Tennis
USTA Florida officially kicked off the 2025 Adult League Tennis Sectionals with the Adult 65 & Over Sectional Championships, featuring five competitive divisions and standout performances from across the state.
In the Women’s 6.0 division, Collier County claimed the title with a perfect 3-0 round-robin record while Leon County came in second as they couldn’t take down Collier.
Duval County took home the Women’s 7.0 title in an all-Duval final, while Collier County won the Men’s 7.0 championship after a tiebreaker over Duval County.
Over in Women’s 8.0, Sarasota County edged out Pinellas County in a close match.

Adult 65 & Over Sectional Results
Women’s 6.0
Championship: Collier County (Pelican Marsh) finished in first place of the round robin with a record of 3-0. Leon County (Forest Meadows Park and Athletic Center) came in second place of the round robin with a record of 2-1.
