Greetings from the Maureen Connolly Tennis Foundation!

We (Maureen Connolly Tennis Foundation) are excited to have a record number of players – 600 to come to Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center and other nearby facilities.  The event is scheduled from December 3-8 and we would be very appreciative if you could help us at the event.

We are looking for volunteers to help in the following areas:

Thursday, December 2
9:00am – 5:00pm – Tournament prep: hang banners, set up registration, etc.

Friday, December 3
9:00am – Set up Little Mo booth

10:00am – 2:00pm Registration
(Checking birth certificates, handing out t-shirts/goody bags)

1:00pm – 3:00pm  Player Clinic –  (Helping make sure players go to the right courts / getting prizes to courts.)

Flags – help organize flags for ceremony

3:15pm – 4:45pm Player Group Photo – help organize players for photo

4:45pm – 5:15pm – Player Parade – help organize players in their lines to march in.

6:00pm – 7:00 pm – Possible guest speaker autograph/photo, session – help with crowd control. 

Also fold flags, set up booth, general wrap up.

Saturday, December 4
4:00pm – 9:30pm Player Party – set up tables and chairs, help take payments for pizza, watching games for player safety and wrap up.

Assistant Site Directors – We have about 6 sites and need someone to assist the Director in giving balls to players, putting matches on court, recording scores, etc.

Lunch runners (December 3-8). We need help in picking up staff/umpire lunches.

Wednesday, December 8
8:30am – 6:00pm – Help with trophies and wrap up event – taking down banners, putting items in boxes, etc.
