Training Content: Community Red Ball, Adaptive, Wheelchair
Community Red Ball
- Goal = to train anyone to teach beginner youth players
- Registrants = League players, high school coaches, high school players, your own coaches who need a red ball refresher.
- Curriculum = Net Generation Red Ball & best practices
- Trainer = someone on your team; a local trainer
- Duration = 2 hours
- Budget Expense = Trainer’s expenses
Adaptive
- Goal = to train experienced & beginner coaches to teach the tennis to physically or cognitively disabled players
- Registrants = League players, high school coaches, high school players, your own coaches.
- Curriculum = Net Generation Red Ball Curriculum with adaptations
- Trainer = a local Adaptive Tennis Trainer
- Duration = 1 ½ hour – 2 hours
- Budget Expense = None
Wheelchair
- Goal = to train experienced & beginner coaches to teach wheelchair tennis
- Registrants= League players, high school coaches, your own coaches.
- Curriculum = Net Generation Wheelchair & best practices
- Trainer = a local trainer; Will Speed; Jason Allen; Jim Tierney
- Duration = 1 ½ hour – 2 hours
- Budget Expense = Trainer’s expenses
