A Cardio Tennis Training Course will be offered on Dec. 12, 2015 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Forestmeadows Park in Tallahassee, Fla.
Michele Krause will be the trainer, and lunch is included. The fee for the training is $150, which can be discounted to $100 if participants register by Nov. 21 using the promo code EB50OFF.
“The Cardio Tennis course teaches the fundamentals of Cardio Tennis and everything you need to know to make it a success at your facility,” Krause says. “Course objectives include learning the six CT components and how to build, market and deliver a CT successful program.”
Attendees will gain the proper experience for running an ideal Cardio Tennis class, working with players of different ability and fitness levels, the rhythmic feeding technique, and understanding what it’s like to wear a heart rate monitor.
